If you are unhappy with your costume/product, the following is the process.

1. Contact AJL armours, with the compliant, what you would like to be done rct.
2. AJLarmours will do thier best to rectifyany confuion or complaint. (please note- no refund is given for custom made costumes).addioinal  adjustment will incure further cost.
3. If both AJL armours and customer have agreed on next step and next actions then it should be sent back all cost of the custermer for reviews.
